Reschedule or Cancel your Hen Party?

Unfortunately the continued and ongoing disruption has continued to create problems. Gatherings are not permitted, and the hospitality industry on its knees. We have two solutions for you and your booking. We are still closed and will be up until the ??????? due to restrictions put in place by the Government.

Two Options Available

1: Refund
2: Reschedule

We are continuing to monitor the situation week by week, and day by day. All we can do is to offer all existing bookings the option to:

Shift your dates to an available date in 2021 or 2022.

Refund your deposit. (The organiser needs to contact us and we will get your deposit refunded.)

If you decide to change your date(s) the price and package won’t change. So if you do move your date to 2021/22 then you will get the same *package, and 2020 price.

*We can’t predict if the pubs will reopen so there may be enforced changes.

Alternatively, you can wait it out and see if the madness passes and we can all get back to living. We are prepared to wait it out and if at all your Hen Party can go ahead then we will be ready for action.

As I write, most dates in 2022 are currently available.

The current situation is an unknown quantity. It could be over soon, or may drag on for many more months???? If you are prepared to be patient things may get back to some semblance of normality, and you may be able to go ahead with your event.

Due to privacy laws I will only be answering emails from the organiser/original point of contact so please filter all information, queries and requests through the person that booked. The deposit will only be refunded to the person that paid the deposit.

I will update this as time passes. Stay safe.
