We are continuing to monitor the situation week by week, and day by day. All we can do is to offer all existing bookings a full refund.
– Refund your deposit. (The organiser needs to contact us and we will get your deposit refunded.)

Due to privacy laws I will only be answering emails from the organiser/original point of contact so please filter all information, queries and requests through the person that booked. The deposit will only be refunded to the person that paid the deposit.
