We endeavour to have available several activities which are all optional. Not all activities are always available to all users due to issues such as weather, skill level, weight limits (kayaking, when available), intoxication, etc. Safety always comes first. Please report any faulty or damaged equipment to a member of staff.
The options below are a guide only. We reserve the right to change, without notice, the activities offered. We hope to be adding more activities in the future.
Cycling
We have bikes on site. They are free to use whenever you want them. There is a brand new cycle path, the Grand Canal Greenway, beside the Grand Canal to utilise and explore. You cannot undertake this activity if you have been drinking alcohol.
Walking
The newly completed Grand Canal Greenway offers you the opportunity to explore on foot the delights of the canal and the surrounding boglands
Archery
We have archery on site. This is free to use whenever you want it. Just arrange a time with us and we can get it set up for you. This is a supervised activity. You cannot undertake this activity if you have been drinking alcohol.
Kayaking
We have kayaks and canoes on site for your use. These are free to use whenever you want. Just arrange a time with us and we can assist you. This is not a supervised activity. Use at your own risk. Lifejackets supplied. You cannot undertake this activity if you have been drinking alcohol.
