Our 2027 Packages

There is a minimum charge of 16 paid attendees for our packages. We don’t need to know the exact number attending until the week before the event date.
Costs (2027)
Minimum 16 paid guests, and the Bride goes free as number 17.
Example: 20 attending for the one night package = 19 x €160 (less the €500 deposit paid upon booking).
Payment
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the event date. If you do not have exact numbers at this point, just pay the balance for 16 and the rest can be paid in cash on arrival. Numbers always change. As long as we know the final number 1 week before the event, all will be well.
We require a €500 non-refundable deposit per night booked to secure the date for your group. You may pay by bank transfer using your event date as your reference. The deposit comes off the final balance.

Prices
Accommodation
We can sleep up to 30 people using the following configuration:
- Plum Tree Yurt: King, King Sofa, Set of Bunks (Sleeps 6 in total).
- Apple Tree Yurt: King, King Sofa, Set of Bunks (Sleeps 6 in total).
- Blueberry Cottage: King, King Sofa, Set of Bunks, Single Bed (Sleeps 7 in total).
- Rosehip Cottage: King, King Sofa, Set of Bunks, Single Bed (Sleeps 7 in total).
- Blackberry Cottage: Double, 2 x Singles (Sleeps 4 in total).
Note: the bunk beds are full sized single beds.
The accommodation will be allocated based upon numbers attending.
The above accommodation may vary/increase as we make changes/improvements over time.
You need to be out of your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure so we can service the place, please.
Entertainment
If you want a cosier, more private Hen Party you can stay on site with the campfire, in the bar/lounge, and listen to your own music. There are speakers on site for your use with your iPod etc.
Off-site entertainment (optional): Bus Hire
While our on-site facilities are perfect for your special occasion, you may still want to venture out to explore a local pub. There are several pubs not too far from Boglands where you can listen to live music, dance, and have a great night chatting with the locals. These pubs are well run, and are very welcoming to groups from Boglands.
A return bus to a local pub costs from €10–€12.50pp (dependent on numbers/location). You pay the driver directly, in cash. Contact us and we can get this organised for you with local buses and pubs.
Ensure you book your bus in advance as they may not be available at short notice.
The local pub we have mainly used in the past, The Blackthorn, is free to get in. The Blackthorn is a well run pub and has great music. It is 6 minutes from us.
The bus to Tullamore is currently from €17pp return. There are plenty of pubs and late bars to visit. Tullamore is about 25 minutes from us.

Activities
Archery, Badminton and Swingball on site. Unlimited use.
The archery is a bit of fun. The badminton is, too. People dip in and out of these activities in between everything else.
We have ample space for fun and games.
Food
Food generally consists of:
DINNER – Homemade beef burgers, Chicken Wings, Honeyed Gammon and Sausages on the grill. Potato salad, Coleslaw, French Carrot Salad, Beetroot and Goats cheese Salad, Green salad and Baby potatoes. (Vegetarian on request.)
BREAKFAST – Rashers, Sausages, Mushrooms, Beans, Eggs, Brown bread, Toast, Juice, Tea and Coffee.
All with minor variations at times.

Ready to Book?
Just let me know if you want to go ahead and book and I can send bank details off to you so you can pay the deposit at your convenience. If the date is available online you could book it and pay the deposit with card or bank transfer, if you wish.
