Small Groups Information 2023 - Hen Party Glamping
We have a minimum number of attendees needed for our packages to make everything viable. Please see below for information regarding smaller group pricing for 2023.
If you want to book a Saturday night, and your group numbers fall below the current minimum (15 attendees), then you will have to pay the the minimum current price (15 x €150 – Saturday Night – 2023).
Small Groups - Friday Night Only
Less than 15 attendees - Friday Nights (2023)
On Saturday Nights we have a minimum of 15 attendees for our packages, then the Hen goes FREE.
On Friday Nights we have a minimum of 12 attendees for our packages, then the Hen goes FREE.
We will accept groups of 10+ on a Friday Night, but the Hen does not go FREE until 13 attendees is reached. There is a minimum charge of €1500 (2023). See below for examples.

14 = Pay for 13 €150pp (2023), number 14 goes FREE.
13 = Pay for 12 €150pp (2023), number 13 goes FREE.
12 = €150pp (2023).
11= €150pp (2023).
10 = €150pp (2023).
The minimum charge for a Friday Night Package is €1500 (2023).

If you have 12 attendees the charge is €1800 – 0 x FREE (2023).
If you have 13 attendees the charge is €1800 – 1 x FREE (2023).
If you have 14 attendees the charge is €1950 – 1 x FREE (2023).
If you have 15 attendees the charge is €2100 – 1 x FREE (2023).
If you have 16 attendees the charge is €2250 – 1 x FREE (2023).
